Edge Performance Tri-fold rivet is designed to work like a moly-bolt in that it splits out into three legs at the backside. Its extended bearing surface spreads the load over a wider area to prevent pullout in plastics or other similar soft or thin sheet materials. This Tri-fold Rivet is a real time saver for many repair jobs and only requires one person. Unlike standard pop rivets, these 'blind' rivets do not require a backup washer.

These are much better than the cheapo plastic factory rivets used on Dodge Ram pickups to secure various body parts. Very nice!
