I gave bad numbers on review. This company reached out to me, offered to replace 2 as gold was off and deteriorating in 5 months? They wanted me to split shipping, but then wrote to say they would take care of everything??? That was July, still waiting?? No info, no product, nothing?

The door knob set is amazing. I purchased one as I was replacing the kitchen door and once installed I had to order another for the front door. The quality and overall appearance really brings out the door. Very stylish.

My tenants left and I needed a new front door lock. This looked very modern looking on Amazon so I ordered it. It came quickly and was very easy to install except for one point. I needed to drill a small hole to accept the anchor screw at the bottom of the handle. My previous one did not have that. It was no problem, just wasn't expecting it. Everything went in to place very easily including strike plates and works great. Like I said it looked very modern at the door and impressive.

Overall it is exactly what you think it is. It is a single deadbolt with a door latch for an exterior door. Probably the most surprising thing about it was how simply they made the adjustable bottom bolt for the lower hole for the handle latch. It is on a slide that allows it movement up and down with an existing lower hole or new one. In my installation I was concerned making it fit into the new hole I needed to drill. As long as you read and match the adjuability measurements there should be no problem. It was very pleasant surprise. What I didn't recognize was that the deadbolt plate on my door jamb was bigger than the new one provided. As a result I will be searching for a matching black one, using the bright brass from the old installation. Another obvious issue for me is that the square inside plates are harder to make parallel due to the protruding nubbins. With my steel door they don't compress into the door as they would with a wood door. I needed to drill two more small holes to accommodate the protruding nubbins. If you look at the photos you should be able to see what I'm describing. Overall it is a good value if it fits into your decor.
