Got the seat in way faster then estimated. Seat pan is hard white plastic close to OEM. Foam is decent. Skin matches my expensive gsxr gel seat. Material seems thin but we shall see how she wears. It did have two staples sticking up waiting to cut something. It did come disassembled (latch plate and rubber feet). I originally thought it didn't come with the hardware. Then I found them wrapped in a fold in the foam packing when I went to throw it away.
