My kids are in martial arts and we are slowly buying as many different types of polypropylene practice weapons as possible. This particular model was a bit lacking. The only real issue is the blade. While other models have a blade sturdy enough for light weapon sparring, this model's blade is too flexible. This piece looks amazing on his display rack but I just wish the blade was a little stiffer for combat applications.

The sword came in super bent, and while it mentions you can bend it back into place, it creates multiple smaller curves in the blade. The sword itself is sturdy and looks very cool. When the plastic tsuba and its rubber stopper slide upwards. The rubber stopper that holds it in place came partially ripped, and then fully ripped after use.
