Purchased a Giving Tree smart toilet from Home Depot. Instructions were incredibly poorly written by someone who clearly doesn't speak English as a first language. It included non-standard fittings to connect to the water supply line that neither Home Depot or Lowe's had the adapters to make work. Even the plumbers seemed confused on how to make the water line connect to the toilet. Giving Trees website had pictures of soldering. Seriously. You should not have to solder connections to hook up a toilet in 2025. Cost us a fortune in time and trips to hardware stores and ultimately paying plumbers to come and figure out a way to bypass their stupid splitter valve. This is like a $5 part that could be included to easily fit most American plumbing systems.

I remodeled myMaster bath. The toilet is pretty and exactly what we were looking for however, we recently installed it. Two days later, one of the features is are air drying. We cannot get that to work again. The temperature on the seat changed on its own. We are a little confused with the directions. It comes with a remote, but still can’t get the features to work.

We installed this in a remodel of out guest bath and everyone uses it instead of our master bath.We will buy again when we redo the master bat.UPDATE: Reduced due to problem with no water pressure in bidet. I can't find any manufacturer's info on how to fix this. Apparently, the nozzle gets clogged and attempts to clean it with vinegar have failed.UPDATE 2: Problem solved. Seller sent a new module and a video on how to replace it. It was an easy fix.Back to 5 stars.
