I received a defective product...and returning it is very difficult because the product is very heavy...a product that was supposed to be a Christmas gift...and now it's January 20th and nothing has been resolved yet...if you want to buy this product, don't buy it, you'll have a lot of headaches.

The product headline, "Indoor and Outdoor" is false. It is only an indoor product. The seller blamed Amazon and Amazon tried to argue their way out of a misleading product description. Disappointed.

I bought, not with the intention of using it for ping pong, but rather as a mobile table space. Everything is as it's supposed to be, and the directions were pretty easy to follow.I took away a star because the reason I chose this table over others was the listing photo didn't have any brand logos on the surface. Unfortunately what arrived did have logos on the surface. As I planned to put my own business logos on, it was a bummer.At no fault of the sellers, it was an absolute nightmare to receive. F***X held it hostage for a few days on a delivery truck, it was then lost, then found, then I went and picked it up, almost a week after the original delivery date. Having to put a very large, very heavy box into a small car, was annoying for both myself and the store employees. They absolutely beat up the box, which resulted in some scratches and dents, but nothing that bothered me enough to return it.I do wish there was something better to keep the sides aligned with eachother as it does shift when bumped or moved.

One of my legs was a little bent and look like it had been used before. Maybe someone sent back and you guys didn’t check for damages. But I cant send this whole ping pong table so I just got to deal with it. Overall setting it up took me around 4 hours. You must have two people to turn over.

The table arrived on time. It was well protected by the packaging. The Bilt video instructions made it easy to assemble. Recommend a power screw driver. There are a lot of screws! It folds and unfolds easily.
