Brand new out of the box, flat on a rainy morning. After repairing flat tire I discovered that my brand new Blackburn air cartridge nozzle is missing the pin required to puncture the co2 cartridge!!! This is equivalent to buying a new car and discovering they forgot to put the transmission in!Ended up late to work today because of blackburn's poor quality controls.Get your act together Blackburn
