This is a great toaster oven but description makes it sound as though it's convection type oven, which it's not as it doesn't have a fan in it, however, it serves the purpose well for my son who uses it to make individual pizzas, toast, casseroles, etc.

Great quality product. Very powerful. I had one from Walmart before this and it started a fire and overall was not very powerful. This one is simple to use. Works great. I love the catch tray that comes with it that you can put in the bottom. Makes for easy cleaning. So far I have cooked breaded chicken in here and toast.

This is a small toaster oven, perfect for six muffins or two pieces of toast. Works great for two people or a small kitchen space. Fits on the counter without losing tons of work space. It’s been a great purchase!

Good price for toaster & oven. Clean & modern & good price. Name brand thats been around awhile. They say confection oven because of refection but is there a fan? No not sure still new. Good in summer & don't hest up the whole house...Great for one, 2 people or more..Sure easier to clean than an oven. Or bonus on the side..Big like small microwave. Loud bell toast done!

I haven't had a toaster oven since the turn of the century (university days) when I accidentally melted the plastic bag of sliced bread placed next to it.This time I have the counter space and know to keep plastic away from it! So far it works to heat up pizza and make cheesy garlic bread and not heat our entire house with using our actual oven. The outside gets hot: it is all metal. Do not leave plastic material anywhere near it, and try to be in the same room when it's on to keep an eye on it (easier if you are using it in an open-concept area).The inside tray is tiny: 9 inches, and the inside is slightly more than 10 inches. I cut a silicone mat to fit inside the included tray. I may eventually buy a separate tray with rack just for this in the future.The toast function burns the corners of our toast however; it is too powerful! And we don't have a dedicated toaster. It is advertised to fit four slices of bread on the tray, however I found that it only fit two comfortably at a time. One star off.

My girlfriend bought this after I told her my requirement was that it had to be convection. This doesn't have a fan in it so it's just an oven. "Natural convection" is meaningless marketing BS. It is being returned unopened.
