These Black Hawks are great strings (as well as their other lines). I’ve been using Dean Markley’s since I discovered them at age 15 in 1999. They consistently are the only strings that do not break for me. They stretch well and stay very stable on my guitars with Floyd Rose and Edge bridges. I highly recommend these and the Blue Steel line of strings to anyone who wants a great string that lasts a long time

When I first installed them, the tuning stability was less than satisfactory. After the breaking period (a few days), the tuning stability is much, much better. Sounds is excellent. Clear highs and lows. Will definately buy again. Bought 9-42s.

All I can say is I got them as a gift for my dad who loves playing guitar and usually uses Blue Steel strings. He said they looked good, but hasn't been able to try them yet. They definitely arrived on time and that was important to me.

Trotz der Beschichtung sind die Spielgeräusche beim Wechseln (deutlich) zu hören, da sind die Elixir Optiweb Saiten besser! Wie lange die Saiten mit der Beschichtung frisch klingen und wie die Haltbarkeit ist, das wird sich noch zeigen.
