This item is great! It is small but mighty. It has adjustments to sight in or out and isn’t too big. Comes with a tripod.

I was really disappointed by this item. Since my phone has the three cameras, it really doesn't work to force it to use only one of them, it will try and converge the three images. I guess you could put some tape or otherwise block two of the cameras but it's not how its supposed to work. Hence this is not usable at all for me.

I was quite disappointed with this lens kit, as I primarily intended to use it as a zoom lens for my phone. While it does a decent job of magnifying on its own, it simply is not easily compatible with modern smart phones with multiple camera lenses. The clip is rudimentary but effective enough at trying to place the monocular in the right place, but the problem is that modern cell phones (especially iPhones) will automatically shift to a different lens if one is obstructed. And the phone senses this zoom lens as an obstruction, making it nearly impossible for the phone to keep using the lens with the zoom attachment. The only workaround I was able to find was putting stickers over the other camera lenses to force the phone to use the lens with the attachment. All in all I was rather disappointed. Not entirely the fault of the manufacturer but still something that should be addressed if a selling point is using the zoom lens on a phone.

I like to watch birds sometimes, we have some feeders around the property. This is a pretty nifty blackice monocular, it's18×25 which is great in my opinion.Comes with a small tripod and a phone adapter, I use a galaxy device and it works fine, however my only complaint would be its not very sturdy overall. 4 ⭐️

This monocular is light weight and easy to focus when holding in your hands. The 25mm lens provides reasonably sharp images for 18x magnification of objects that aren't too far away. Scenery tends to get pretty shaky when free handing this device. Threading any of the attachment pieces to the monocular eye piece requires precision so as not to strip the tiny threads of either side. The tripod is hard plastic with not much adjustment room, but it is stable. The phone to tripod adapter is a strong spring loaded clamp that kept my phone in place and wiggle free during videoing. The smartphone adapter is another story. It attaches the monocular directly to a phone. It's nothing more than a clamp which squeezes onto the phone. I found it difficult to align the monocular to the phone using the clamp. Worse, a tiny bump and there goes alignment. If you move to quickly, there goes alignment. The phone adapter just didn't give the monocular a secure mount. It fell short of my expectations for delivering a reliable and functional phone mount. Next time, I'll opt for a monocular with a larger lens, bigger magnification and better phone mount.
