Hi, I have received the item after a long wait, and now that it has arrived the connection do not match standard measurements to have it installed. The adequate supply nut / connector is missing! please indicate how to proceed.

The Backnof this has a set screw that leaks and sometimes sends a sream of water out the back. I've replaced the parts I was sent but still having the issue??

Tried out similar style from zline and don’t care for them. The reach on these are much better and the water streams are both fantastic! They cost more of course but definitely worth it.Went ahead and ordered the rest of the setI’ll update with pictures so you can also see size comparison between the two brands
