Blank Magnets for Car

I bought this to keep mailbox covers from scratching the paint on my door. It does exactly that. If needed I could have cut this quite easily to fit around my door handle, but it worked fine as is. Sticks well. Holds up to mailbox lids. If the white panel bothered me I'm sure I could paint it or put stickers on it without an issue.

I trimmed this down into smaller sheets because I misread the dimensions and needed it to fit into my standard printer. This worked great for printing out magnetic signs and some cute little customized magnets. It takes ink well and holds up.

Everything about the product seems as advertised. It is the correct size, thickness, and it sticks well to my refrigerator door.The only problem is that it doesn't come with any instructions at all. So I don't know whether it's recommended to use regular household scissors, or whether I need aviation snips, etc.4/5 stars. It could have been 5 stars had it included even the most basic instruction sheet for those who haven't used this type of product before.

This is pretty perfect for a do-it-yourself project if you have a home business or something that you need to promote. I got this in a few others from a different brand to use for campaigning and have been very impressed with this one specifically. It sticks extremely well and there's been no issue at all with it coming off or even starting to peel.I use a vinyl cutting machine to make some graphics that I ended up putting on here and that was perfect for what I needed.I also made it so they could be changed out to other types of designs if necessary and I don't know how well that will work yet but I'm already so satisfied with this in the first place that it won't really matter if I can change it or not.

I have some old cut pieces from similar car magnets and this one stick equally well as long as we use a relatively flat part of a steel door. While it can somewhat flex, it won't go around sharp corners, of course. It also sticks well to a refrigerator or steel entry door.The brown side is magnetic, facing the car. The white side has a nice finish and is printable. The size is exactly as stated (17"x12") and the rounded corners have about a 3mm radius. We use these for existing car stickers that we don't want to permanently attach. Instead of printing, we just attach the sticker to the magnet, cut to shape, and attach magnetically to the car panel. Serves the purpose well!

We have an air vent in one room of our house that too much air blows out of, but it doesn’t have adjustable louvers to control the air flow, so at certain times of the year we like to cover it up. The vent has a metal frame and we had been using an Avery printable magnet sheet that we stuck over top of the vent to block the air. But the Avery magnet sheet didn’t stick very well and after a while it curled up and fell off. So when I saw this car magnet, I decided to give it a try. It’s a lot bigger than I needed, so it covers the whole vent and then some. But the magnetic backing is super strong! It sticks to that vent like crazy, even though it's overlapping the edges – and that’s with it still in the plastic wrap!I don’t know how many cars have magnetic doors these days, but this magnet sheet would also stick anywhere you have a magnetic surface such as a refrigerator/freezer, washer/dryer, or metal file cabinet. In those cases, you can either use it as a decoration, to cover up imperfections, or write on it with a dry erase marker like a mini whiteboard. Even though the magnetic surface is strong, it’s thin enough that you can cut it to fit any size or shape you want. If you do plan to use it on your vehicle, just be aware the size (12x17 inches) doesn’t look as big in person as it does in the product photos. So your logo or motto will be a bit small if you want people to see it from a distance. Hope this helps!

Heavy duty magnet. Was able to apply heat at 300 degrees for 30 secs with no issue. Fast shipping. My new favorite magnet just like that.

I got these because I wanted something to cover an air vent on a ceiling in a room that I don't need to heat. I cut it to the size of the vent, but since the vent is not completely flat, I needed to use stronger magnets on the corners to keep it in place. It does the job I need it to do, with a little help.As for the intended use - they work remarkably well! I cut the sheet to a bumper sticker size piece, cut the surrounding film to the right size, inserted a piece of paper that had the message printed on it, and then folded and taped the top of the film so that it's fully enclosed. I first tried it on the back of the car, but it didn't stick because there's not enough metal. I stuck it to one of the side doors and it stayed put! I drove a couple miles with it so far and it hasn't moved. Because of the size (less magnet surface) and the extra layer of film (where I folded and taped it) that it might not stay in place very well. To my surprise it does a great job! I even put it on when my car had that winter salt on the surface - not the cleanest - and it still stayed put. Would recommend!
