From the other reviews saying that the velcro on this vest can be touchy, I have been very careful on how I close the velcro. As someone else suggested, I just undo one side, and do it slowly. It is highly reflective and super useful to wear over a jacket or shirt when riding your bike. I was wanting a rainjacket made of this material, but didn't want to spend $150+ on one.For a little under $30, this is much more useful. You can wear it over anything!

I wear this vest (247 Viz Blaze) over a t-shirt while cycling. As you can see in the photos. The reflective material in the chest area has disappeared. I never machine washed it, always hand washed and drip dry. I've tried several times to contact 247 Viz over the past month about this problem and they just never answered. I guess when you sell garbage and you know that sooner or later that garbage is going to be revealed, you don't care, because by the time the consumer realize it, you have sold enough to line your pockets. At $30. each, you would expect a better product. If you rely on reviews about products you want to purchase. Please do not buy this vest. Too expensive, heavy, very poor material, and non existent customer service. Amazon return window will close before the product fails, and then that's $30 in the garbage. Hope this helped you stay away from this garbage vest.

True to size but more importantly, it is a must-have item for safety when outside at night or in just low-light. This vest is far superior to neon-colored items and well worth the added cost.

Whether is cold or dark, we still go for walks and runs. I bought a large size specifically thinking that I’d be wearing it over heavier outerwear for cold, night time walks.I used to wear the regular highlighter vests but I still felt that wasn’t enough, specially on side streets without side walks. This vest comes at a great price for this product.I was looking into things that light up, but I did not like the idea of having to make sure things were recharged and I don’t like using headlamps because it cuts away my view of the surrounding areas, making it feel unsafe. Also, I don’t like light bouncing off my face.When you’re wearing the vest, you can’t really tell if it’s working, but it’s because it works at its intended purpose, which is when light shines at it.The only downside is I feel the Velcro on the sides might wear off quicker than I would like, but right now they’re fine and I’ve been wearing this vest for two months, maybe 3-4 times a week. If I have to replace the Velcro it wouldn’t be a big deal as this vest was still a great price.Definitely recommend this. Safety is nothing to pass on!

It is minimal, but works well. Lightweight, and a little delicate, but stuffs down well. Great visibility at night, mornings, and even decent in day.It is a little difficult to get on and off because the Velcro pulls at the elastic fabric, so I have to be careful not to tear it. I find that removing a single Velcro side and slipping I over my head works best. I would prefer clips to take it on and off over Velcro. I may just take Velcro strips and sew them to clips, and Velcro those to the vest. That way I can just unclip each side and pull it over head without having to be careful or adjust it every time.The manufacturer responded fast, and was quick to offer support. Really nice to see. Excellent overall value. Similar vests cost 4x as much for similar quality.

This vest is VERY reflective. I've been using this for both runs and bike rides, and I can say that the cars can definitely see me when I am wearing it. I'd estimate that the visibility range is ~200 feet. Regarding the previous comments about how the velcro is attached to the vest - I keep the velcro patches on one side of the vest always attached and just make sure to be careful when detaching the velcro when taking it off. If it wasn't for the velcro attachments, I'd 5 star this vest.

I don’t write many reviews, but wanted to let people know that this vest is fantastic! It’s my 3rd (and final) attempt to find a lightweight, comfortable, highly reflective vest for my early morning runs. It’s crazy reflective- as you see in the pix. It’s also very comfortable with no shoulder slippage or ridding up around my waist/hips as I jog. I got the L/XL and it’s more than large enough for my sz 14-16 frame. I can easily fit it over a jacket or can tighten the Velcro for a more form fitting vest. I’m 5’6 and it hangs loosely to my low hip. I personally removed 2 of the Velcro patches that are on the inside bottom and caused catches on my shirts. Now it’s PERFECT!

This vest is exactly what you need to keep safe while running or biking especially in a city. The entire vest is reflective so you will be highly visible. There was an issue with the first vest I received but the seller promptly replaced it for free! I would recommend this item and seller again!
