The quality of this shaker is impeccable. It keeps drinks cold for 16 hours + and prevents ice from melting for a solide 6-8 hours. It's sturdy and the lid closes tightly so there's no leakage. It's super easy to clean, doesn't have a metallic taste and doesn't leave an aftertase of the drink you had like some other shakers or stainless steel bottles. It's easy to carry/transport as it fits in a car cupholder perfectly. I'm going to buy a few more. Best shaker I've ever owned.

While technically dishwasher safe, BlenderBottle recommends handwashing the metal body to protect the surface finish. I'd say that if you're going to hand-wash the main body, you might as well hand-wash the lid as well. I made the mistake of sticking the lid in the dishwasher, and it seemed to absorb the smell of the detergent pod. Even after a month of hand washing, I could still taste the dishwasher detergent pod whenever I filled this bottle with hot water. My guess is that whatever plastic they use for the lid must be somewhat porous. Not a great experience.Other than this minor issue though, the bottle has been great. Keeps my drinks hot or cold for super long!

I started making my protein powder shakes with just a drinking glass and a spoon to stir the powder into the milk. It was messy and it never mixed in well. This cup fixes all the problems with that, it's great and of high quality. Highly recommended.

My husband likes to take his protein shakes to work with him in the morning. I bought this for him so that when he inevitably leaves it in a hot car all day it doesn’t get as nasty as a plastic blender bottle would. I wanted this to stay nice looking for as long as possible. He choose the screw on cap so it doesn’t open on accident. The seal on it is great, there’s no way to accident open it. The quality of this bottle is pretty good. It’s not as thick or heavy as I expected it to be, but it is durable and pretty light for the size. The only downside to this bottle is that is recommends not putting the stainless steel cup part in the dish washer. I think it would probably be fine, but I don’t want to risk it.

The bottle is very well made. The insulation is excellent for keeping protein shakes ice cold. Also, it's much quieter than some other blender bottle products. However, the bottle does require more cleaning than other bottles, primarily because of the rubber ring that wraps around the cap. This needs to be removed when cleaning because residue from protein shakes can get trapped underneath and lead to terrible smells over time. Otherwise, this is one of the best shaker bottles I have ever used. I recommend this bottle if you don't mind spending a few extra minutes cleaning it after you use it.

Would like it to be a bit bigger but most bottles seem to be about this size or massively larger and no in-between so that's more of a complaint about the industry than this cup. Screw open lid is a bit annoying but better than having the pop open option and slinging stuff all over my car while mixing. Materials seem high quality.
