I tested this on my main slide. It wasn’t really brown or dirty to start with but there were some patches I wanted cleaned. At first, after rubbing the cloth over the slide for about 5 minutes, I noticed NO difference on the slide. None at all. The cloth had no black spot on it either. I rubbed much harder and slowly the area looked a little better and I could see the tarnish coming off in the cloth. It took me a good 30 minutes to get the slide to what I consider just ok but not fabulous. And as I said it takes a lot of elbow grease to get the cloth working. I have not found a cloth that cleans better or easier than my 50 year old Boosey and Hawkes Glo Cloth. As I said, it’s 50 years old but it still works better than anything I have ever tried.So the Blitz is just ok.

I believe this is a cloth meant for cleaning up tarnished brass. I don't know what it has to do with accordions.I've used this product for many years for cleaning tarnish off of trumpet and cornet slides. It works well for that purpose. It takes a little elbow grease for maximum effect but it will make the brass shine if you work at it.

Great product that I have used for years! Eliminates sending horns in for minor slide and valve issues.
