Jewelry Care
14k Yellow, Rose and White Gold Mix a small amount of mild dish detergent with warm water in a bowl. Put the jewelry into the bowl and let sit for a few minutes. Use a soft toothbrush (like a baby tooth brush) to gently scrub the jewelry. Remove item from soapy water, rinse it and dry thoroughly with a soft polishing cloth. You can also use a polishing cloth for extra shine and to remove any tarnish. (Sometimes 14k gold can tarnish a bit - particularly on earrings and the inside of rings - depending on your skin chemistry, but it is a very easy fix.)

Gold Composition
When you buy gold jewelry, it isn't pure gold. Your gold is really an alloy, or mixture of metals. The purity or fineness of gold in the jewelry is indicated by its karat number - 24 karat (24K or 24 kt) gold is as pure as gold for jewelry gets. Gold that is 24K is also called fine gold and it is greater than 99.7% pure gold. Proof gold is even finer, with over 99.95% purity, but it is only used for standardization purposes and is not available for jewelry.
So, what are the metals that are alloyed with gold? Gold will form alloys with most metals, but for jewelry, the most common alloying metals are silver, copper, and zinc. Horrible, cheap item! It arrived with 2 whole sections of the chain tarnished black, and bent! It's thin, it's cheap looking, and the beads look plastic, not like glass. Ordered it for a gift and would be mortified to give this item to someone! For the price of $23.00Horribly cheap item!, it looks like a made-in-China $1.98 chain.

I recently got this anklet because it said in the title and description that the beads were crystal. I am not sure what kind of crystal the seller knows of but I've always known crystal to be glass. These beads are not glass they are plastic. I even had to trim the edges of the seams of the beads because they had left over plastic shards still stuck to them that were scratching me. The anklet is very pretty but I'm upset that it was not as described. I would not have purchased this had I known the beads were plastic.

This is pretty but I did not notice there was an option to select length, my mistake. So I got a 9" when I actually need a 10.I had to pair this with my other silver anklet so it would not look awkward.The anklet is pretty.

It's very pretty in a simple sort of way. It fits nicely though I suggest getting it a bit bigger than you normally would if you are going to wear it when doing physical activity. I cannot think of any negatives. Mine came with a little tweak or I'm not sure what to call it in the chain, but it didn't overall affect it's wearability or appearance.

I have been on the hunt for just the right ankle bracelet and now I've found it. It looks very nice on my ankle and stays fastened without any worry that I will lose it. The color is great and I think this is a great value for anyone!
