So regret this purchase. Everything possible that could be wrong IS wrong.Missing 6 pegsThe holes for your suction and return seem to be way too large. I had to go to hardware store to find larger rubber washer rings to close off some of the excess space in the holes. It appears to be a manufacturer issue when the liner was made. The parts should fit tight but mine are not. The have a lot of wiggle room. The pump is a cheap POS. 💩 I’ve had similar pumps before but this one is SO BAD! Do not purchase the bundle. We assembled the pump with plumbers tape as instructed and every connection leaks like a sieve. We took it apart, cleaned every connection and tried again. Same problem! No matter what we did it leaks which means it’s useless. I had to purchase a replacement pump. So another $400.If I could return this POS, it would go back however no box because it was delivered using a forklift due to the size. We had to open the box and move everything individually to the backyard. Even if we had the box how in the world would we even get it to FED X for shipping? I would most definitely request a replacement of the entire pool or a refund which I prefer. Walmart currently has an 18’ x 52” pool (no pump) for around $6-700 and it’s a Coleman.Intex needs to improve their products. Avoid this pool. Also, you need to make the bottom feet pieces bigger for better support. The instruction are horrible. Thank goodness I’ve had 3 pools like this style so I have general knowledge of how to assemble. One important step is not listed. When assembling the top poles and legs. Put all top poles through the top of the pool in each section using the supplied pegs and T’s FIRST. Hopefully you’ll get all of them. I’m missing 6 pegs. This way you have the ability to get the last connection made. You will need to lift the last 2 top poles and the last T connector to make a teepee or upside down V allowing you to start them going together and slowly pull them down. They will start to slide into each other. However good luck getting a peg in the hole. We tried and tried to pull the last 2 poles to line up the holes but it’s impossible to pull back far enough. Did we get defective poles? Too long or are the holes in the wrong spot? The top poles and legs are clearly not the same so you can’t mix them up.I so want my money back! My grandkids are upset, I’m beyond upset. Honestly I’m p*ssed. A waste of money and time. I’ve been working on getting it set up and functioning properly for 3+ weeks now. Seriously 3+ weeks which should’ve been a day. It’s not rocket science. Now as for the ladder…hahaha. So unsafe. For the height of the pool I’d expect a more sturdy ladder. 😔The value for the money is a zero. 😡Pump functionality is a zero. 😡Leakage (suction/return holes) is a zero. 😡Ease of setting up is a 7. 😏The size of pool is a 10. Woohoo something good about this purchase. 😁Size does matter. 🤣Shipping was great. Quick but the box was torn in several areas due to the plastic straps.I DO NOT recommend based off the quality of this pool. I think I got the last reject.

The pool was good but the instructions were hardly understandable and the ladder collapsed after a couple uses I'm only 250 lbs so it shouldn't have done this and it was very dangerous if you get this I would get a separate ladder and pool pump as the pump instructions were also unreadable

We love our new pool but putting it together was a pain in the butt the directions do not give you step by step it shows you a picture and a paragraph it was very difficult if you have never put a pool up before
