I am NOT a real swimmer. Historically I swim like a rock or “uphill” as I have come to learn through some recent lessons in preparation for my first triathlon. I have used the pull buoy, but my coach thought these shorts would be great for my training and she was right.I swim SO much better in these which allow me to relax more and focus on my stroke vs. fighting to just get afloat. Granted, these are for training for events, but they do help to simulate the benefits of a wetsuit and for anyone who swims “uphill. These are great to help get your backside up and into the swimming plane. Good luck!
