Hello there, nice to meet you! ;o)The beauty of this Bluetooth Transmitter/Receiver is that it allows you to use older technology audio equipment with bluetooth streaming. This device is made well, with easy to use buttons, is rechargeable and comes with a two prong audio adapter for airplanes, as well as a short USB-A to a USB-C cable. That said, we've encountered a few awkward obstacles in basic Bluetooth connectivity/streaming. Once you get past those obstacles, this device works as it should. My hubby was able to hook this transmitter to an older iPad that still had had the mini jack port, and get it to stream music and radio to his Bluetooth earphones. You need be aware of the confusing instruction booklet from the manufacturer... so anyone without a background in bluetooth streaming may run into brick wall, so to speak. The best advice we can give you is: work with the connectivity a bit-- with a bit of patience. Once you get past the connectivity issue, you will have a great transmitter/receiver working for you. You could go lo-tech, and draw out your set up-- as my hubby says, to make sure your older device is communicating with this transmitter/receiver. I know I sound slightly vague, but really that is the gist of it.Give this affordable BabbleCom Bluetooth 5.3 Transmitter Receiver a try... I don't think you'll regret your purchase-- kindly be aware of that the side of the device is a bit hard to read, and the instructions are not very clear. That said, you need to pay attention to directionality of the unit and the audio stream to be effective. ;o)***********************************************************Update:An opportunity to save wee bit of moolah!Right now, there's a 30% off coupon, to make your purchase all the sweeter!*****************************************************************May Your Days Of Spring Be Warm, Cheery And Bright! ;o)Cheerio and Best of Luck in all your endeavors! Hopefully, this review was helpful.

This is an outstanding product overall. First, when I started using it for my car, the first thing I noticed was the quality of the piece. It felt substantial and smooth in my hand. Unlike other receivers I've used in the past, this one features a built-in 3.5mm (standard auxiliary) cord, which is a nice touch. Now, let's talk about sound quality. I initially connected my previous receiver, which was about the same price brand new. After that, I plugged this receiver directly into my auxiliary port, and the difference in sound was astounding. The most amazing feature of this Bluetooth receiver is the bass boost option, which I had never encountered before. When I activated it, I could genuinely feel the enhancement in the bass.I was blown away by the features, the quality, and the sound of this receiver. For the money, it's definitely worth it. I'm planning to buy another one for my home.

I wanted to connect my phone via Bluetooth to a set of speakers that did not have Bluetooth connectivity. This came in real handy. Here are some points to consider.Pros:- In audio receiver mode, the Bluetooth connectivity was stable enough to be connected for an hour or two.- I'd rate the audio quality a seven out of ten. Sound was clear and crisp.- 3.5 mm jack was snug and connected to my speaker's 3.5 mm female input.Cons:- Battery is built into the device. Once it reaches the end of its usable life, the whole device may need to be discarded.Overall, other than the built in battery not being too environmentally friendly, this worked for me to play music from my phone on a old set of speakers via the 3.5 mm jack.

This is such a nice device to have to add Bluetooth to your cars audio system if you have an older car like I do with only an auxiliary input jack. This device is perfect to add wireless streaming and playlists from your phone that has a Bluetooth transmitter. Ya, you can also use this as a BT receiver to your home entertainment system as well, and stream music or educational podcasts from your phone to your high end amp and speakers:) I love it, and if you don't have one, you should consider getting one as you will likely use it many times per day and enjoy it as well. Some use it to pair with BT ear buds, especially on airplanes, but I just use wired for that, lol:)

I got this adapter for use on airplanes, to be able to listen to the in-flight entertainment without being tethered by corded headphones. I will say this doesn’t feel particularly “substantial” but the build appears to be of decent quality. I am a little disappointed the supplier didn’t see fit to include any type of travel/storage pouch, making it a little more difficult to keep the main unit and the separate two-pronged jack together. The instructions, while not terrible, are definitely lacking in detail. Still, it’s not terribly difficult to work with if you have any prior knowledge of pairing Bluetooth devices.I won’t be flying for another five or six weeks, so to give this a basic functionality test I plugged it into my “vintage” iPad’s headphone jack. Turning off the Bluetooth on the iPad and setting the adapter to “TX transmission” mode, my JBL wireless earbuds were quick to connect. Alas, when using in TX mode, the previous/next track and EQ functions are rendered inoperable. The volume adjustment still works, but for some unknown reason the numerical volume indicator maxes out at 31. Why 31? Your guess is as good as mine. I did not try to use it in “RX receiving” mode, because I just have no need for that function. I do like the fact that it can connect with two Bluetooth devices simultaneously, but since my wife has her own device (different manufacturer), it’s probably not a function we’ll use.
