1.Unable to Charge the Earbuds?
(1) Please clean the charging contacts of the earbuds and charging case
(2) Make sure the headphones are placed correctly in the charging case.
2.Can it be use in the shower?
No, You can use it while exercising, but do not use it while swimming or bathing.
3.Low volume
Click the volume + button to increase the volume.
4.Poor noise cancelling?
Earbuds have (ENC) call noise reduction function, but do not have active ambient noise reduction function (ANC). Please choose a suitable earplug
5.Poor sound quality?
Replace the appropriate eartips to ensure airtightness.
6.Only one earbuds can be use?
(1) Put 2 earbuds in the charging case for charge.
(2) Delete the previous bluetooth pairing information on the phone. (3) Take out 2 earbuds and pair it with phone again.

First and foremost, I use these for listening to audiobooks and taking phone calls. I can stop and start audiobooks and answer and hang up calls. If there is a way to adjust the volume on the earphones, I haven't discovered it and I haven't read the directions.Sound quality: Decent. In my opinion, the sound is more on the treble side than baseBattery life: For active listening, batteries have had no problem for up to 7 hours and 20 minutes of listening time.Fit & Comfort: These are quite comfortable, but seem to rest more in the ear rather than plugging into the ear like some other similar units. I prefer the type that seem to plug into the ear more, but these are quite niceFunctionality: As noted, I don't do a lot of functions and haven't read the directions. Each side has single button that can be pushed to toggle play and stop, or answer and hang up on calls. I LIKE the aspect that these do not have the sensitive "touch" adjustments for adjust volume, etc. Why don't I like the sensitive touch adjustments? I work outside quite a bit with a sun hoodie on and sweat in the fabric touching other brands of touch sensitive earphones plays havoc with the volume, either ramping it all the way up or all the way down. I have had zero problem with these in this regard, and at a bargain price of $21.I don't know what the range of these are, but I live in a 2800 sq ft house and can leave my phone at one end of the house and listen continue on with a phone conversation anywhere else in the house with no problems. Outside, I would guess the distance is about 30-50 yards, but I have not measured.Waterproof? I have no idea just how waterproof these are, but heavy sweating has not interfered with the sound quality or the operation of these earphones in my experience - quiet pleased.Connection with my Android phone: Almost immediate. When I take these out of the charger box, they are usually connected before I have a chance to install them in the first ear. At first, this caused me some concern that they were not connected when in reality, they were already connected and I just needed to hit PLAY on my phone. If I hurry, I can get one in an ear an hear the verbal confirmation that I am connected, but I usually miss it. I had zero problems pairing with my phone.Downsides? I bought 2 sets, one as a primary and one as a spare. My wife has stolen the spare set. She thinks they are wonderful.

I absolutely love the sound quality of these! They capture everything! And checking my sounds at night on my sleep app is a game changer! I won’t go into what I hear from time to time but…….yeah! So the quality is great! I don’t use them very much except when my roommate is home but I have only charged them once so far. I think the battery life is great also. They are so comfy and I don’t get any pains behind my ear that leads to a headache. I would definitely buy another pair and I have already told my roommate about them.

Worked great the first couple weeks but on week 3, the left ear bud quit working. This happened with the pair I bought prior that was a different kind. What is up with earbuds?

Sound quality is definitely nice. Connecting was simple. Sleek case with LED display for battery life. I chose black which had a professional appeal. Definitely recommend.For those who don’t like the little “bud” part in your ear these are not for you as they do have the earbud portion as well as the ear huggers to avoid slippage and ear fatigue.
