I ordered this recently and first thing I did was reviewed the instructions, I found them to be clear. I visited the website to download and install the drivers and was up and running within 15 minutes and had already printed out my first label. I was able to print it out without any issues and it was very clear and legible.I love that it doesn't take up a lot of room on my desk and seems very easy to use. It's great that I don't have to buy ink for it and now I'm able to just print out a sticker and put it on my packages. Much better than having to print the label, cut it out and tape it on!Awesome printer and looking forward to using it more!

This label comes with everything needed right out of the box. It's smartly packaged and doesn't have a cheap feel to it. The maker is highly portable with various functionality. It can be used with a wired connection to your PC/device or by Bluetooth connection. This allows me the flexibility to print off things no matter where they are; PC, phone, tablet or laptop without needing to plug into devices directly. The replacement blank labels can be found in most stores and are not expensive. If you are in need of one, give this a try. There might also be a discount coupon to sweeting the deal.

Okay this thing is awesome. At the small business I work for, we have a printer that can make labels, but sometimes it has errors or runs into issues, and can be a nuisance when someone in the office wants to print something. This label maker prints labels extremely quickly without ink and is lightweight and portable enough to bring around anywhere. The prints are crisp and clear, and the package came with multiple cables (one for printer, one for power) as well as a usb flash drive (USB A) with a USB C adapter. It really is a complete package and I'm really pleased with my purchase.

Love this!! I bought this for my at home business and it's saved me money and once I got the hang of it, it's simple to use. Highly recommend if you have a home business and ship orders. I love that I don't have to worry about buying ink too.

I bought this printer, I thought it was a good option but At 2 weeks it stopped working, I gave it and tried it in every way, but it was a waste of time! If you see this comment, please don't spend your money

This is a cute little bluetooth label printer. It's perfect for printing out those shipping labels and I no longer have to use scissors to cut off my little square. It's extremely helpful for someone involved in shipping things to and from and also for the occasional Amazon return. The printer is relatively fast and I took a chance on this because of the price. Has been holding up great thus far!

I've been looking for a sticker printer for a long time, and this one has been my best choice. I used it from the first day, and it's been everything it promises and more. It has good resolution, and setting it up is super easy. I definitely love this product.

Initial thought 💭 When I pulled the box out it was so heavy!! Must be rocks or a brick in here; nope, just the most frustrating printer I’ve ever tried to use! Have only had this much trouble with 1 other printer in my life - my grandmother’s after she passed, that thing must’ve been ancient. I never did get it set up to work with my laptop, which would make use so much faster. It would only connect to my phone. While the company’s homegrown software is better than I anticipated, it’s a good thing they included 30 labels with the printer because it’ll take that many to get this little giant to print correctly… if you’re lucky 🍀 mine still doesn’t seem like it’s dark enough & has more streaks through the printing than imaginable. Hope the post office can pull this one off! Can’t say it’s great quality. For the quality, I feel like it’s overpriced. If it printed darker I would definitely give it more stars, but I’m not entirely sure this label can even be scanned 🤷♀️ I’ll find out tomorrow; it just doesn’t look very professional, like a really bad first impression on a package…
