It sates its heavy duty, but I put some fabric tote bags on it, and it kept tipping over. So, we put bricks on the rack feet. I wouldn't recommend this rack!

I was looking for a rack to display tote bags at a craft booth, and this one is so perfect! It's balanced and weighted very well. There are three height adjustments to choose from and three non-slip rubber pads on the bottom of the base. When assembling - the screw to mount the bar into the base is in the base already. I like the matte silver finish as well. The whole setup looks great!

The one screw assembly is easy, but in use it loosens and becomes floppy and will fall over. I put on a lock washer and super glued it to the base. Do not buy unless you are willing to improvise.Overpriced for sure.
