product arrived on time as scheduled free of shipping defects. The torque converter fit right in my 68 GMC turbo hydra Matic 400. THE BOLT HOLES DID NOT LINEUP ON THE FLYWHEEL. YOU’LL HAVE TO TAKE A DIE GRINDER AND OBLONG THE HOLE SLIGHTLY IN ORDER FOR IT TO FIT. OR ORDER THE APPROPRIATE FLYWHEEL.

I recently installed the B&M 20404 Tork Master 2400 Torque Converter on my 1979 Corvette C3, which I am upgrading with a 383 stroker engine. This torque converter has exceeded my expectations! I'm putting this in my 80 K30 th400 behind a new 454, looks like a good TC to me. Amazon has it listed as remanufactured but I see no reason to believe it is not new. It came in a new unopened B&M box from Jegs (and is the same price as new on their website) and was quick to get to my door. That's a plus these days

Box was all beat up. Converter worked fine at first then started making a ticking sound like metal was loose. Waining on trans guy to tell me if converter failed.

i put this on my TH350 that's on my 79 camaro sbc 350. Easy install. Got it right on the 1st try so im happy. I used the B&M Trick Shift fluid as well because that's what the torque converter recommended. The 2400 model is a happy medium between drag racing and daily driver type setups. Powerful but nuthin TOO crazy. If you're trying to lift the front tires off the ground or win trophies at the strip, you will need to go bigger.

FOund this converter for a good price to replace the high stall 3500 that was in my th350 to make it more of a daily driver. Came to find out after getting it installed and spraying transmission fluid all over the dual exhaust on my car that it has a bad weld at the pump shaft and just sprays under load. hopefully the replacement I requested will be fine and hold up the good name B&M already has.

Been using B&M products since the '70's. When I needed a converter, there was no question what brand I would buy. They are still the best.
