I was getting a code for a bad intake camshaft position sensor, plus my car stalled a few times when I started moving from a standing start. This was an easy DIY replacement that quickly cured the problem.

The sensor is a little different then oem and after a week of installation my check engine light came on with the same problem

Purchased this part after my 2000 BMW 323I threw a code. Replaced the old camshaft sensor and Check engine light has not come on ever since. I would recommend purchasing this part and replacing it yourself. It was A very easy job and there are videos on youtube showing how to do it. Saved a lot of money.
