You might like this comfy cushion. However, it does add thickness to the diameter of your clarinet - so you end up needing to open your right palm slightly more than usual. Also, the rubber hook protrudes an inch from the clarinet... so you'll need to take this thing on and off whenever you take it in and out of your clarinet case. You definitely won't be able to close your case (as you might with a regular sized thumb cushion).
