Receiving 8 in the set is really nice. The colors are grayish white, blue and red, side by side. It’s not thick garland because it’s been completely flattened and wrinkled because all the air is sucked out for air tight packaging. It does have a chemical scent when first removed from the sealed package but airs out by end of day. I gave each garland a good shake to help expand them, but didn’t help. But it is the garland design I was looking for and I’m content with it.

This would not open up after opening in the air from vacuum packing. It also had a horrible smell of latex/paint that was strong.

I ordered this garland strictly for my skelly passenger, so I wasn't overly concerned about the quality. The pieces came tangled up together in a vacuum sealed package, so the garland is completely flat. It worked out okay for what I needed it for, but if I was acting using this to decorate, I would be disappointed. It also has a terribly strong chemical smell.
