I had been looking for a good mirror and all the ones I found were thin and cheap feeling, But this one is heavy duty and feels strong. I have no worries about it lasting or taking an occasional hit or bump. It is very well made with high quality aluminum with an anti corrosive finish so I don't think it will ever need anything more than a cleaning. It was easy to install it came with everything I needed, the bracket options are great. I used it on a round bar and tightened it down tight to see behind me when pulling. I was also very happy with the cost, it is well worth the price.

This boating mirror is wonderful! The first thing I noticed about it was the care with which it was shipped. It arrived in a custom foam packaging that kept all the parts separate and a protective film on the mirror ensure it arrived without scratches. There were no instructions present so we had to rely on images from Amazon for any question. Even with that, everything was pretty self explanatory. The construction of each of the mounting mechanisms is stout. 2 are 1/8” thick coated steel and the other appears to be cast aluminum that is 3/8” thick. My two favorite things about this mirror are how wide the viewing angle is (this will be great for seeing the tube when I whip it around corners behind the boat) and the easy and secure adjustment mechanism for changing the viewing angle. The bolt that holds the tilt in place is large and easy to grasp with your fingers, without getting in the way of adjustment or tilt. With the way the clamp is angled you have a lot of viewing angle adjustment. My main complaint is that only one of the mounting mechanisms works for us. The pipe holder is too narrow for our vertical support rod so we have to use the window clamp. That is fine, we will save the pipe clamp for other uses. The window clamp has the same large bolts for tightening as the tilting mechanism. The detail I am not a fan of is the cushioning for the space between the steel bracket and the window frame. These pieces are attached to the clamp with adhesive, but the adhesive doesn’t work. It only stays in place when it is mounted to the boat. It does not affect the mirror from securing to the frame, but I will likely try to find an alternative to these loose pieces because I don’t like them.Everything else about this mirror is phenomenal and we are very happy with this upgrade. We highly recommend this product!

This mirror is nicely made with a large, clear reflecting surface. It is curved to provide a large field of view behind the boat so that you can keep an eye on your skier or a tuber, helping ensure the safety of your passengers when spending the day on the water. The glass is shatter resistant to increase safety in case of accidental drops. The mirror arrived well packaged and includes multiple secure mounting options to fit most boats. My mirror did not include instructions, but it's fairly easy to chose the right mount for your boat: temporary mounts for windshield or for round tubing, or permanent attachment if you chose to drill holes and bolt the mirror to you boat. Once mounted, the mirror stays firmly attached to your boat it is much superior to the cheaper suction cup mounts that don't stay put in rough water.I chose the temporary mount to my windshield. That way the mirror can be quickly removed by loosening the thumb screws. This mounting options raises the mirror above the windshield to give a better view, so I remove the mirror before putting the mooring cover on the boat, ensuring a proper fit.

Easy to install, big mirror. It did fog up early in the morning but we wiped it and it was fine the rest of the day!

Very basic attachment hardware limits the windshield frames that this can be attached to. If you're clamping, not drilling holes, this will only work on windshield frames that are either horizontal or vertical. Ours is sloped back (Cobalt 262), so roughly a 45 degree angle, and this hardware will not allow the mirror to face the rear of the boat if screwed onto a windshield frame at that angle.
