The mounting holes are NO where near the mounting holes in seat. Now I have to see if I can mark and drill New holes in these to fasten the seats to them. Spend good money on them and they are NOT the correct fit at all.

This 7-inch non-swivel boat pedestal is exactly what I needed to make my 16-foot aluminum boat safer for passengers. Without seats, the boat has just an open deck, which makes taking friends out very difficult. While I do have swivel seats, they can become dangerous to use when the boat is moving faster than trolling motor speed. Having a separate, fixed seat now allows me to take a friend out without compromising their safety.This fixed seat mount was easy to install and has made fishing trips much more enjoyable.
