First, a note on the rating: This is a 5 star kit, but came with no instructions at all, except for the pictures in the Amazon listing. Putting it together isn't exactly challenging, but I feel like instructions should be included, so I'm deducting 1 star.I grabbed this kit for a boat trailer I was rebuilding. I was a little unsure how it would work since the frame is 1"x2", but it worked great. With the included washers, there was plenty of depth on the threads to get a solid lock onto that size frame and nothing shows any sign of moving at all.I love that the bunks can pivot with just a quick adjustment of 1 bolt per bracket, as it lets you set the bunks to the correct angle for whatever boat you're hauling. A quick note: If you use 2x4's for your bunks, you'll have to lay them flat to fit these brackets.With the size of the provided u-bolts, I have no doubt that the brackets will outlast the trailer I put them on. Due to the size of the trailer frame, I'll end up cutting the u-bolts shorter, but that's not a demerit, as it just means this kit fits many more trailers. Before I started rebuilding my trailer, I'd have said the kit seemed a little overpriced, but having bought the rest of the hardware I needed, this is actually a great price for what it is.All around, I'd buy another of these kits if I had another trailer to do. It's a great upgrade over what I had on there before.

I haven't added a photo yet because the build is taking longer than I had anticipated. This set of brackets will work perfectly. I'm converting a jet ski trailer to hold 2 kayaks, and this will help raise and angle the new bunks.

Beefy bracket. Good price. Would prefer a Hot Dipped Galvanized option for saltwater use, but these will do the job nicely for now.

Hard to review these, other than to say that they are square, appear of good build quality, and work well. These haven't shown any rust in 2+ months

I received these brackets and had to busy them due to time constraints. They are not aluminum or hot dipped galvanized. I'm hoping the are zinc plated to help with salt corrosion. I may return them since now i have an issue with bearings.

Will not fit around 3” cross member. Description says it will, but it will not fit without force. Also, description says it is galvanized. It has been sprayed with silver paint, but it is not galvanized dipped like one would expect. The paint flakes off between your fingers. Would not suggest this product. I will be returning them. 10NOV24.
