Purchased ribbons for ID printer. Manufacturer has known issue with this batch of ribbons that I just found out today, months after I orders them. Bought in bulk and reached out Bodno customer service and said not our issue contact Amazon. Informed him that they were supplying Amazon with a bad batch of ribbons that has been reported and still said not our problem.Hopefully, Amazon will have better customer service when I contact them.
