I want to share my experience with Mr. Felix Cada, a representative of Bodno, and the customer support team after purchasing our Magic Card 400X machine. From the very beginning, the service we received was exemplary. Mr. Felix assisted us in a professional and attentive manner throughout the entire installation process, guiding us step by step over the phone and answering all of our questions without any rush or time pressure.I especially want to highlight his patience, kindness, and dedication-qualities that made the experience simple and pleasant. He made sure everything was working properly before ending the call and provided us with unconditional support, which is very valuable when dealing with technical equipment.I highly recommend both the Magic Card 400X machine and Mr. Felix, as well as the entire Bodno team, for their excellent customer service and commitment. We recently purchased the Bodno 400X dual-sided card printer for our office, and it's been a fantastic addition to our workflow. The print quality is sharp and professional, and the dual-sided capability has saved us a lot of time and effort. Setup was mostly straightforward, but like with any new equipment, we ran into a installation snag.What made all the difference was the prompt and knowledgeable support from Jude on the Bodno team. He was incredibly helpful, walking me through the steps to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. His guidance ensured we were up and running without significant downtime.Great product and even better customer service. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with the Bodno Magicard 400x printer and the incredible support I received from Angelo. From the moment I unboxed the printer, I could tell it was a high-quality machine. The build is solid, and the printing is crisp, vibrant, and professional — truly top-notch!What really made this a five-star experience was Angelo’s outstanding support. Setting up a new printer can sometimes be tricky, but Angelo made the entire process a breeze. I had some hiccups during set up; however, I was licky to have Felix help. He is extremely knowledgable and stayed with me until the printer was working perfecty. 5 stars to Felix!
