These feel pretty nice. They're definitely heavy. Came with 10 upper bushings and 8 lower. The extra 2 upper bushings seem to be for the extended a trucks. According to the instructions, x-cabs might use the smaller bushings in (up to) 4 positions, but you only get 2 smaller bushings. There's 16 total bolts in the kit. I didn't measure the bolts, but there's 6 in one length, 6 in another, 2 short and 2 really long. That should cover most options/sizes that you might need. There's also 6 small washers, 2 very large washers and 6 "inners". The one thing this kit didn't come with is grease. I HIGHLY recommend using a good grease on poly body mounts or they'll squeak. I personally recommend energy suspension grease, available on Amazon or at your local parts store, but a silicone w/ptfe grease will work in a pinch.The only instructions are in the pictures on the item page, so make sure to grab a screenshot of those. There are no instructions in the box.I'll update after installation, if necessary.

The washers that came with it would not fit over the bolts. Had to buy some that would. Two of the bolts did not have enough threads and bottomed out before they were tight. Had to reuse original bolts. I wish I would have paid more and got a better quality set. The bushings themselves seem to be fine. Time will tell.
