Tried it out in the Florida gulf. Felt fine walking, was warm swimming. Once I tried to stand though felt super restrictive. Was more focused on not falling while getting up because suit felt super tight although I went by their sizing chart. For bodyboarding or snorkeling I’d say sure but surfing no. Spend more money. Buy once cry once. I learnt my lesson

I've used it for surfing, kayaking, and paddleboarding from late spring through early fall, and it's been perfect. The thickness is just right – keeps me warm without overheating. The flexibility is decent, I don't feel restricted in most body movements. It's durable too, holding up to rocks and the occasional wipeout.These are great beginner wetsuits for someone who doesn't want to splurge on the "fancy" ones. This will absolutely do the job, while maybe not being quite as flexible as the more expensive ones. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE keep in mind, if this is your first wetsuit, to REALLY understand the thickness and what water temperatures it's rated for. This is NOT a wetsuit for surfing in the middle of winter in 38 degree F waters, for example.

I’ve been surfing for over 30 years and usually go for rip curl and onneil wetsuits. I bought this as a cheap summer suit to save on money but had to return it. The size distribution in the suit is not proportional nor in line with what’s in the market. While it fit well in the arms and core, the ankles were too lose with 1 inch gaps in between my ankles and the wetsuit.

I brought this for my husband who usually like ONeil. He loved this wetsuit. The fit was just right and the color was even better than expected. We are now fans of body glove brand.

Based on the provided size chart, I am a M/L in height 5`10, a large for weight 180-185lbs, and an XL for chest 45".The XL fits me perfectly, both leg and arm length are spot on (maybe a hair long in the arms...maybe), chest and waist are perfect.So, know your body, and go towards the larger size if you span multiple sizes.Other than the size chart being inaccurate, I love the suit and love that they provide an old school yellow/black decal.

I ordered two suits. This one fit me better. I am tall (6'5") and slim (200 LBS). Although I am taller than the suit indicates it is made for, it fit me fine. This was a better fitting suit for me.

I’m a bit hefty for my height, but still got the suit on no problems, A tiny bit long but still worked great. Spent 1.5 hours in 50°F water today and never felt the least bit chilly.
