Comparing these Boen sockets to a different deep impact socket in the picture, I noticed they have a thinner sidewall. Also, I noticed that the sidewall is not the same thickness on different Boen sockets. Each is a bit different and you can’t predict. Some of these in the middle have a thicker wall than the largest one. Another note is that they don’t run as deep as my others. They fit on nuts correctly and work fine for what I am using them on. I haven’t tried to torque down super hard because they are 3/8” drive and not 1/2”.

This is a nice socket. It fits on a 3/8" drive. It is a deep socket.It feels heavy duty due to its weight.
