It’s really not designed to be used by itself in my opinion. It best protects the elbow region and upper forearm in conjunction with a smaller forearm guard as a substitute for big bulky leather guards that cover up to the bicep.

He's arm guards are not sized very well, although they are very effective. It would be great if it were a little bit longer. The small is too short but the large is too big around for my arm.

works great. all women are double joined in their elbows so sometimes it hurts to shoot our bows. this really helps and is comfortable
