This was exactly what I wanted to replace the original “pocket” grips on my Taurus 85. It was 99% perfect fit, only needed a very slight trim inside to match the frame. The grip halves match perfect and the feel and texture of the grip is great. I wasn’t sure about the tan color but looks quite good on satin finish Taurus. Very pleased with the grips and improved control.

This item actually fits, and fits perfectly. I tried three different grips that said they fit my model, but not of them actually did. This is a solid, well-made grip that fits snugly and securely. Highly recommend!

Fits the Taurus 605 perfectly, looks good with a satin finish, fits the hand nicely and install couldn’t be easier. But (and this is a BIG but) it’s super slippery. Not something you want when you’re shooting .357, especially not in a self defense scenario. Also, it feels like the plastic is quite brittle and easy to break. Sending it back and sticking with the Hogue grips. If the plastic was a higher quality and had more texture, it could easily be 4-5 stars.

It is an AMAZING feeling and sized grip. The finger grooves are 85% perfect l, which is a great number. The material texture is PERFECT - Not too slippery that you can't grip it, but not tacky at all like hogue rubber so as to catch your clothing, the stapling is a perfect level for CCW and range use.But it don't fit the gun.The two edges that are supposed to interface with the gun (under the grip) to place the grip properly, are not spaced properly apart. Period.You can place one of the locating parts in the right nook, or the other, but not both and so they don't close correctly around the gun.I'm sure 20 minutes with a dremel. I might be able to countertop gunsmith this to fit if I had to... but that's not why I paid for a product.Returned.

I’m 6’4 with fairly large hands, the stock grips on an 856 are doable, but small. These grips are very comfortable for large hands, and durable. Used in EDC, I like them a lot and they don’t imprint more than stock. Good buy

The screw is very poor quality, a bit short and stripped before securing the handle fully. I attribute the poor fit to being a factor in the screw failing but I also point out the screw would have failed during firing the weapon had it not done so during installation. The handle needs a bit of dremel work to fit without adding stress to itself. It’s a shame, it feels quite nice overall.EDIT! After messaging the seller they sent a new revision of the grip along with a replacement screw for the original grip. The revision is awesome!! The fit is great now with the updates and zero problems with the screw. I couldn’t be happier with the product and the seller, highly recommend!

their pretty good grips , fit perfect. I have large hands the grips fill my hand better than stock grip. just wish they had a softer finish their a little slippery. may rubber inserts, if hoge made a larger grip for the 856 Id buy them.
