Works as advertised, it's very stretchy and very strong but not too thick.

I have dealt with lots of this stuff over the years as I owned and ran a distribution company for over thirty years. When I closed my business a few years ago, I brought a partial case of similar stretch wrap home with me. It was quite a bit wider than these and was really good quality, as I bought it to wrap loaded pallets of merchandise that I sold and shipped out of state upon liquidation. I used black and ordered black here. I have found this very useful around the house at times. For example, four years ago we re-stained our hardwood floors on the main level and had to clear out all furniture. The stretch wrap came in handy for wrapping pieces of furniture for protection. We rebuilt our lake house in 2022 and had to remove everything from the old house. What furniture we kept and put in storage was all wrapped with stretch film. That wrap was a bit thicker than the ones on this link and was opaque......you could not see what was under it. I said that to say this. The film on this link is rather thin and you can see what is behind it. Light does pass through it. That does not make it bad. It will still work for a lot of applications and, trust me, this stuff came come in very handy. I do like the width as it will work well on smaller items. There are handheld tools available that you can insert into the cores to help you roll out the film, but truthfully, they are not really necessary. One really nice thing about this stuff is that it sticks to itself very well so you can get a really tight overlapping bond. If you don't want any transparency, you can always double wrap with this and get what you want. 950 ft. per roll goes a long way.
