Easy to use on cinderblock building. Ability to run the same line around corners makes it easy. Would buy again. Sturdy

Looks like a good product, but no instructions of any kind, so I have no idea how to use it.

I have been a brick layer for 18 years now. I have just recently tried out these cast aluminum corner blocks. I don't think I'll ever go back to wooden or composite line blocks again. These are solid and unlike the wooden blocks won't or haven't broken yet. The manufacturer recommends not pulling more than 25 feet of line. I have pulled approximately 80 feet of line (with line twigs every 20 feet) and had a LOT of torque on then line and no failure issues. I can't say the same particularly with wooden line blocks. I have had the ends break off creating a golf ball sized projectile.Tips for attaching the line.On one non spool end of a string line I use a Lanyard Hitch [...]On the opposite side I use a Half Hitch. This allows me to easily adjust the line for either tension or if I need to lengthen or shorten the line.
