Mixes pretty well, I used for small batch mud and texture. If you're not careful this one will tear up the bottom of a flat-bottom bucket and put plastic bits in your mud. Ask me how I know? Could be a little better design for this, easy to tear up the bottom they should have moved the cutters up just a few mm.

I am not convinced it is pure stainless steel. For paint and etc its great. For food (mixing sausage meat) I am ok with it for the short contact but I would prefer good quality stainless as it says it is.

GREAT! with the paint, but don't recommend for epoxy mixing, to much bubbles. Works with your battery operated drill or corded drill. fits 1 gallon paint can.

Do not buy this mixer. I used it to mix texture for drywall and had to pick out a lot of little pieces of plastic from it cutting the inside of the bucket.

I have about four of these mixers, and bought this one because I was tired of getting coated with paint when I used them. This one is a bit more gentle, and when it hits the side of the can, it does not go bonkers. I just used it the other day on Baer Deck Over, which is the thickest paint I have ever worked with. This mixed did a great job on it without creating a vortex that spills paint out of the side.Of the four mixiers I have, this is the best made and the most useful.

I bought this to mix mold making materials. I was mixing by hand but kept getting bubbles in my plaster. perfect size for mixing quart size batches of plaster, resin, and other mold making/casting compounds.

Really well made item. You never know until you get it in your hands, but this one is nice and heavy and works will also. Fits in a small container too for stirring a small batch. I used it for paint only so far, and it is excellent for that.

I know this is a weird idea but it works perfectly. Getting your hands frozen trying to mix meat is not fun. The big lug type mixers don't even work and they will cost about $100. I bought this since it was stainless steel and it mixes the meat perfectly and clean up is simple
