I thought that these bowls were a little small, and for a commercial operation they certainly would be! But,, for a hobbyist they will do just fine! The plastic spatulas that came with them are to say the least,, "flimsy" Kind of like Cheap plastic picnic knives! But, I wanted the bowls, which are fine! The plastic spatulas won't be used anyway!
