I got this personalized embosser for my son with his name on it, and he absolutely loves it. He’s been embossing his name on all his books—it looks so cool and professional. The imprint is clean and sharp, and since it doesn’t use any ink, there’s no mess to worry about. It also comes with a perfectly sized storage box, which keeps everything neat and easy to find. Great quality and such a fun gift for kids!

Glad I got this, very nice gift for a bookworm! Customized it with flowers and her name. Comes in a small box and has clear instructions for easy assembling.

This embosser came well packaged and in great shape. The instructions included were easy to follow and I got to work stamping my library. The embosser does require some hand strength, but not so much that it would cause most people issues. It's a good size and stores nicely and leaves a good size image. The image itself is lovely and while not personalized, certainly would help you designate the books you own from those you borrow. As is the case with most embossers, the pressure on the image is not perfectly consistent. Despite much adjustment and effort, I was unable to get it to emboss perfectly. The image, no matter how adjusted, is always very light in one section. As this is a common issue with most embossers, I only took off one star on my rating. Overall, good value for the money if you are a book hound, like me.

This makes three embossers that I own, and I love this one as much as the custom embossers I have as well. I love being able to customize books I sign. This is also a great way to categorize books on my shelf: I can just slap an embossed sticker on a cover.Speaking of, stickers are sold separately with this. Unless you want to emboss a page directly, you'll want to look into those. The setup is simple, and I can see this lasting a good long while.

This personalized book embosser is a lovely way to add a unique and elegant mark to your book collection. The custom monogram and “From the Library of” design paired with a delicate floral motif create a timeless look that suits any personal library or gifting occasion. The ash gray finish is subtle and classy, complementing the embossed imprint without overpowering it. The embosser is easy to use and produces clear, crisp impressions on paper, adding a professional and personal touch to books, planners, and documents.Perfect for avid readers, writers, or anyone who treasures their books, this embosser elevates the ownership experience and makes a thoughtful gift for book lovers. It can be difficult to get a clear embossing mark but still fun.

This thing is pretty darn cool. I know it's meant to be for books, and I did use it on a couple of my less important ones to try it out. It works extraordinarily well on book paper. I'm considering stamping my whole personal library but I don't want to get ahead of myself just yet since its permanent. It also works well on other kinds of paper too. I often scrapbook and journal and found that this is an excellent way to add some texture to a scrapbook page, or scraps of paper before adhering them to the scrapbook. Next I plan to get some round stickers to use too. I think those would look excellent in my scrapbook with this lovely tree design stamped into it. I could see this being a cute way to embellish letters, cards, envelopes, bookmarks and even wrapping paper. There are so many potential uses, and since I scrapbook almost every day, it'll get lots of use.

This is a manual press brass die embosser that tucks into itself for storage. There are two pieces that compliment each other exactly and leave a emboss/deboss imprint when the handle is pressed firmly and held for a minute. The exact kind of thing that is used by notaries as their seal, this one is an attractive “Tree of Life” emblem that can add an elegant touch to stationary, envelopes, and writing. Works REALLY well for regular thickness paper, but also works with thicker card stock and even some thin leather. The best part is that the size is standardized, so if you want to get a custom die for something like a small business or crafts you don’t need to get a new expensive grip, just order the die and you can plug it into this handle. Fun to use and leave a nice, well, impression….

I have not had much luck with embossing tools of this type. Only one of several has worked as it should with clear even impressions.PROS1. The embossing tool works, but the impression was not even.2. The plates were easy to insert in the tool.3. The embossing plates were aligned, so the tool worked successfully.4. I like the tree design.5. I was able to press light paper and embossing stickers somewhat successfully with this embosser.CONS1. Though the plates are even so you get a full impression, the impression is uneven. It is deeper on the left and shallower on the right. It did not matter much with the embossing sticker, but it was very obvious on paper. For the steep price that you pay for these embossers, they should have perfect impressions.
