The book pattern is NOTHING like the grid. And the colors are so close together, its very hard to determine the color.I ditched this one.

This is the third latch hook project that I’m working on and the first one giving me problems. There is one color yarn (L/52) that seems to be slightly thicker. It is almost impossible to pull the yarn through using the tool. I’ve tried the yarn from each bundle of this color and even twisting the yarn to help pull it through, but to no avail. I’m only a few rows in, but this color is prominent moving forward.The return period has long past soI’m currently trying to match the color with other vendors (e.g., Joann’s) so I can complete this gift. Just a little disappointed.

The pattern was easy to follow and there was plenty of yarn to finish the pillow. I didn’t use the latch hook provided because it’s made for hair not yarn but I had a yarn latch hook already. It took me less than a week to finish and it looks great. Got lots of compliments. Will definitely buy another one.
