I am not sure if the included instructions are for a different shoe dryer, but the minimum time that can be set on the device is 30 minutes and not 10 minutes. The display is very difficult to read. Based on the instructions, my sneakers should have been dry after 30 minutes, and it took 60 minutes (99% dry with some remaining touch of moisture). There is also no information in the instructions on what the mode button will do. There is no explanation why the two arms have to be separated, and they are at the beginning difficult to move (loosen slightly over time). On the positive side, the shoes eventually get dry (quicker than air drying and less damaging than putting them in the dryer), the device is pretty quiet, and the UV light seems to help with odor buildup.

These are ok for shoes, but not great for boots. They are not long enough. There’s not a great deal of air produced. The screen is a challenge to read. You’re almost guessing. This machine is Made in China and being sold by a Chinese company on Amazon. It’s very cheap plastic. At the current price of $23. . . It’s over twice the price it should be. Especially due to the screen being almost impossible to read.

I received this item as part of the Amazon Vine programPro,+well-made+simple design+worksCons,-slow, ~2-4 hoursOverall, 5/5.This shoe accessory is pretty good. It is well packaged and well made. The operation is simple and pretty much dummy-proof. The added screen is a nice touch, but to be honest, a bit useless. As for cons, like other similar accessories, this one takes a long time to dry your boots/shoes/whatever.

It works, but there is very little air coming out of the wands that are inside your shoes or boots. I’ve used these types of devices before, and this one moves very little air. The screen is very difficult to read, an LCD or LED screen would be much easier to read. There are buttons on the sides of the arms, push and it goes in, push again and they come back out. I know these are supposed to do something with the arms and their positions, but I couldn’t tell any difference in how anything moved in either position. The gear button toggles between high and low speed on the fan. There are too many things that need improving for me to have much confidence that this will last very long. I don’t think it’s a good value with the overall quality of my experience.

I got this shoe dryer for my Son. He runs track and it's been raining so much that his shoes get all wet and nasty inside. I caught him trying to out his nasty shoes in my dryer without cleaning them. So I got him this to prevent him from using the clothes dryer when I'm not around and also so he can have dry shoes to run in during practice and runs. It was easy for him to setup and use and dries his shoe really well. I'm very happy with this shoe dryer.

It's a great concept. However, the accompanying instructions are not clear. The LED number light are illegible once on because all the numbers light up so you don't really know how many minutes you've set it up for. Sometimes it sounds like a fan is running on high speed and the rest of the time, it's normal speed. Even at normal speed, it can be noisy. No idea what the gear option does. Changing the settings only seems to affect the fan speed and noise.

I have these house shoes I love but have tried washing then drying and a regular dryer just wasn’t effective enough. This product fixes that problem!Sitting my shoes outside for long periods was also not sufficient. It always felt like there was a little dampness left behind even after a full day of sun and running through the dryer. It takes a long time to dry but you can set the timer and they provide a handy guide for types of shoes and how many minutes to set it for.I’m not sure about the UV portion. I guess that blu-ish LED light is suppose to have an antibacterial effect but I have no way of testing that other than smell. The shoes smell great.A nice touch is the warmth the air provides and imparts to the shoe if you felt like slipping them on right away. This will be handy come winter.
