I have a number of Possum Hollow bore guides and like the others, this one did not let me down. It is a perfect fit in my Howa 1500 action in 6.5 Creedmoor.I like this brand as it is cost effective, fits well and holds up over time.Some reviewers have opined that these do not have a solvent port. The majority of PossumHollow customers do not want a solvent port, but for those that do, they sell this as an add on that plugs into the back of the bore guides. That port can be shared by many of their bore guides.One small complaint is their fit chart is a little difficult to understand. I had to read it over multiple times to be sure this was the right model for 6.5 CM.

So I got this bore guide for my match rifle with a criterion match barrel. It is a 6.5 creedmoor with a Remington 700 action and it fits perfectly seal's chamber nice and tight and ends right before the case neck. so far I like this bore guide alot.

Seats nice and tight with the gasket. It would be nice if it had a hole to put cleaning product in. Would buy an additional one should need arise. The price point does seem rather high for a plastic tube however

Absolutely the perfect bore guide! I had first ordered the Tipton bore guide set with fluid port. What a waste of time! The Tipton kit is flimsy, has sharp corners and you can't get it fixed in the action. I returned it after unsuccessfully trying to clean my gun with it. These PH bore guides work perfect. A real snug fit with a positive seal from the o-ring so aggressive cleaner like Sweets does not leak back into the actio etc. Also, If you are unsure just ask here and Eric from PH will answer your question and steer you in the right direction. I first ordered the wrong bore guide based on customer comments for my Bergara B-14 HMR in 6.5 CM but Eric correcte me and got me the right guide. Will be ordering another one for my Rem 783 in .308 Win. !
