Easier to install than I thought, although I had to take them off, bend hanger rods and reinstall to get tips equal and centered in the openings, hence the 4 stars.Sounds good. Loud when cold, but quiets down after a short while at idle. Aggressive sound when you get into it. Does pop and burble when you decelerate (especially noticeable in 1st gear) but I like the sound. Have not detected any drone and, in fact, with windows up at 60 or 70 I really don't notice it being any louder inside the car than it was with stock Bullitt mufflers.

Removed flowmaster outlaws and replaced them with borla ataks.No more drone , sound quality and loudness is amazing. Outlaws sounded good too but too much drone. These borlas ataks are worth the money

This was an easy install, had no idea what to expect from sound. Was pleased, no drone inside cabin and sounds great when your on it. Supercharger next to match the sound.

These Borlas provide the acoustical quality and intensity that should have been standard for GTs; absolutely wonderful!Installed on an 05 S197 GT. No lift is required if your an average size person who can squeeze arms underneath and around the mufflers. There are four bolts on each to remove (13mm) and a clamp (15mm). Best practice I’ve found is to open up the clamp, unbolt the rear bracket, start vigorously pulling and twisting until the stock muffler uncouples off the pipe, use the extra space now afforded to unbolt the second bracket. The Borlas are a lot smaller and certainly easier to emplace and get to all four bolts.The Mustang is fairly quiet at mere idle, with a deep but low note. Step on it and it’ll come to life in an instant with an incredible roar. The price tag for these is steep, but after hearing the result: absolutely worth it

I've always wanted a pair of Borla Atak's for my car because of how they sound. These are exactly what I wanted. They look great and sound great. I put them on myself in the garage they were very easy to install.

loud outside no to little noise in the cab. fit great sound great took 30 min to install in driveway. very aggressive sound with no drone, popping only after i removed resonators, my choice. installed on a stock GT

The install took less than an hour and went pretty smooth. While riding in the passenger seat during the test drive I was disappointed because they were not that loud. However, after driving it for the first time myself I was thrilled with the volume and note. After 1000 miles they sound even better, I have a hard time staying off the gas after installing these. The sound low and growly at idle and they roar at 3000+ rpm, but while cruising on the highway they are quiet with basically no drone.
