The diya is very good. However, when I tried to open the middle stick for putting bati to it. It did not open even after multiple efforts. This makes it difficult for me to put the bati in correct manner.

Product received was in excellent condition. It is same as shown in the picture.Nice product but the base should have some support for the glass, like some slots or grooves , so that it is held even more firmly and does not skid off and break. I already have broken glass for this due to mishandling and unable to find a replacement glass.The packing was superb and everything was in good condition.For safety , its one of the best product since the flame is covered and it keeps burning even under fan.Must buy if you can handle this properly.
