2002 v70 xc. does not fit. i dont get it went to napa and it was only one listed for this car. whats up with that?

I bought these simply because the OEM Volvo shoes were on back order. I installed them and they simply didn't have the holding power. My car failed inspection with these shoes.Full disclosure: These were installed with new rotors, cables, and all mounting hardware. Everything was OEM except for these shoes.I replaced them last night with Volvo #31262623 and the improvement was instant.Never again.
