These are good. They are the rebar cutting (not standard) bits, and the price is about half of what I see in local hardware stores.

I need to make a 1 1/2 inch hole through brick wall to run wire for hot tube. I used this 1/4 but with Dewalt 18 volt hammer drilled. Made bunch small holes around the outside and just tapped it with a hammer. It was a fairly clean hole. The brick was no match for this bit and the Dewalt.
