The website description is 33-35 degrees but the nails shipped are 25 degrees. I have tried twice, to no avail. Doesnt prompt for return.

My package arrived busted up and spilled out in the packing box. 2 boxes were laying in the box all busted up and the nails laying all over the packing box. I can’t even count them to make sure I have received the correct amount of boxes.
