The length on the string was perfect! It fits very nicely on my takedown recurve. The string is very high quality and is very well built. The bow shoots quicker and better overall with this new string. Definitely will buy again in the future.

After figuring out how to properly measure for the correct string, ordering was easy. Bowstring came fast and looks to be in good shape, there is no markings or blemishes, and all the strands are tight. Much better bowstring that the one my bow came with. Having a string that fits into the string grooves on the limbs is essential. The quality is excellent. My string is still in the "stretching stage", but so far it has performed far better than the Flemish Twist I was using. This is a well made string with good tight serving and good strands. These strings run true to the stated size. I think most people using this type of string will find it easier to maintain the proper brace height sooner than with most Flemish bowstrings. There are a mixed opinions on the efficacy of the Flemish bowstring over the Strand type B55, but I have always preferred the B55. Many times the "serving" portions of the string are better and the looped ends are almost always better as far as fit (again, string groove fit on older traditional bows). Much of the "plus or minus" of the Flemish bowstring is contingent on the maker. Unless you have a really good bowstring builder; the B55 is generally more consistent in its design. The product I ordered arrived before schedule and was exactly what I was looking for. I'm very satisfied. The bow string comes with 2 brass nocks, That's good. They're very useful for archery shooting, especailly for traditional bows and long bows. So far it has worked fine on my bow, I will return and update review if anything changes.

These are very high quality strings. They are very quite and fast. Its nice that they come in so many sizes too and the measurements are exact. Mine came with 2 nocks which is nice since I use one over and under the arrow nock.
